    A banda UFO está a caminho do Brasil para uma nova turnê pelo Brasil e tivemos a honra de entrevistar o clássico baterista Andy Parker numa pequena, porém grandiosa e exclusiva entrevista sobre, claro, a turnê brasileira e lembrança do show que realizaram anos atrás no mesmo Carioca Club.

    A banda se apresentará no Brasil  em São Paulo/SP no dia 11 de maio no Carioca Club, dia 12 de maio em Porto Alegre no Teatro CIEE, no Rio de Janeiro a banda se apresentará no Teatro Odisseia dia 14 de maio e termina a turnê em Goiânia, dia 16 de maio no Boishoi Club.

Rock On Stage: UFO é uma das maiores banda de Hard Rock / Heavy Metal de todos os tempos, e é uma das influências de diversas bandas ao redor do mundo. Como vocês se sente sobre isso, se algumas bandas, como exemplo Tesla, Iron Maiden e Def Leppard são influenciadas pelo UFO?
Andy Parker: É muito gratificante saber que a nossa música inspirou tantos outras grandes bandas.

Rock On Stage: O UFO sempre teve grandes músicos em toda sua história, e Vinnie Moore é certamente um deste, o que você pode dizer sobre isso?
Andy Parker: Como você disse, nós tivemos um monte de grandes músicos na banda e Vinnie é definitivamente um dos melhores.

 Rock On Stage: Como você vê a indústria musical de hoje em dia e que você pode dizer para as bandas novas que estão nos primeiros dias de carreira?
Andy Parker: Devido aos avanços nas mídias sociais, eu acho que é mais fácil, agora para novas bandas ganham exposição. Mas eu também sinto que não há como substituir o talento e dedicação.

Rock On Stage: Você fez um show incrível em 2010, você pode conferir aqui, o que você se lembra daquele show, e o que conhece sobre a música brasileira?
Andy Parker: Eu acredito que você está se referindo ao show no Carioca Club, em São Paulo. Foi a nossa primeira turnê no Brasil e fomos muito bem recebidos. As pessoas pareciam conhecer bem nossa música e eles estavam muito entusiasmados, e havia muitas meninas bonitas na plateia.

Rock On Stage: O que podemos esperar para este show? Algo especial no Set List?
Andy Parker: Haverá várias músicas de nosso último álbum Seven Deadly.

Interview UFO - Andy Parker

    The Hard Rock Legends, UFO is coming to Brazil and we had a honor to do this litle interview with Andy Parker in this litle but very good interview where he talk about Brazilian Tour and remember for previous show here in Brazil a few years ago in Carioca Club.

    UFO will play in São Paulo on may,11 at Carioca Club, on may 12 in Porto Alegre at Teatro CIEE, in Rio de Janeiro the band wil play at Teatro Odisseia on may, 14 and finish this Brazilian Tour in, on May, 16 at Boishoi Club.

Rock On Stage: UFO is one of biggest band in Hard Rock/Heavy Metal for all time, and has a lot of influences in many bands around the world. How do you feel about this if some bands, as example Tesla, Iron Maiden and  Def Leppard are influenced by UFO?
Andy Parker: It is very rewarding to know that our music inspired so many other great bands.

Rock On Stage: UFO always had a lot of great musicians in your history. Vinnie Moore is one of this example, what can you say about this?
Andy Parker: As you say, we have had a lot of great musicians in the band and Vinnie is definitely one of the best.

Rock On Stage: How do you see Musical Industry today and what can you say for those new bands experiencing early days in their carriers?
Andy Parker: Because of the advances in social media, I think that it is easier, now for new bands gain exposure. But I also feel that there is no substitute for talent and dedication.

Rock On Stage: You did an amazing concert in 2010, ( You can check here http://www.rockonstage.org/shows/2010/ufo/ufo.htm ) what you remember of that concert and do what you know about brazilian music?
Andy Parker: I believe that you are referring to the Carioca Club in Sao Paulo. It was our first tour of Brazil and we were very well received. The people already seemed to know our music and they were very enthusiastic, plus there were lots of beautiful girls in the audience. Great stuff!

Rock On Stage: What we can wait for this concert? Something special in set list?
Andy Parker: There will be several songs from our latest album Seven Deadly.
